Hello, I’m Nikos Datseris! With over two decades of experience in the food industry, I have had the privilege of honing my craft in five-star hotels since 2000. I hold certifications from the Greek Organisation of Medicine and the Global Chef Institution, as well as specialized certifications in ISO and HACCP. My educational background includes a degree as a professional cook and a degree in butchery, and I am proud to be a member of both the Cretan Chef Club and the Cretan Institution of Culinary.

My deep passion for culinary excellence drives me to create exceptional dishes that not only delight the palate but also captivate the eye through elegant plate styling. Food is not just a profession for me; it's a form of art. When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me unwinding on the football field or spinning records as a DJ, where I channel my creativity in different ways.
